We focus on narrative-driven content that respects the intelligence of our audience, prioritizing long-term relationships with interior designers and collectors over viral moments.

THE BRAND ENVIRONMENT

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to serve as the right hand to our Chief Marketing Officer, Madison. You will be the engine behind the studio's brand strategy, ensuring that our digital presence remains consistent, engaging, and professional.

This is a role for a storyteller who loves a spreadsheet. You will work directly with Madison to execute high-level campaigns, gaining a front-row seat to how a luxury art brand operates. You understand that a beautiful Instagram feed is the result of rigorous planning, and that a successful campaign relies on the details.

THE ROLE

Community & Client Engagement You will be the voice of the studio in the digital space. This goes beyond replying to comments. You will actively engage with our network of interior designers, galleries, and collectors to build genuine relationships. You will monitor DMs and ensure that every interaction reflects the studio’s tone of warmth and professionalism.

Campaign Execution & Scheduling You will assist in managing the content calendar. This includes scheduling posts across all social platforms, ensuring captions are proofed, tags are correct, and assets are deployed on time. You will help bring Madison’s high-level strategy to life through consistent execution.

Content Creation & Production You will not just schedule posts; you will help build them. Working directly with Madison, you will turn raw assets into engaging Reels, design on-brand Instagram Stories, and layout static posts that align with the studio's aesthetic. You will play a key role in ensuring our visual storytelling is consistent and high-quality.

Digital Asset Management You will maintain the studio’s digital library. You will organize high-resolution photography and video assets from the studio, ensuring the marketing team has immediate access to the right visual for every campaign.

Email Marketing Support You will assist in the creation of our collector newsletters. This involves managing subscriber lists, segmenting audiences (VIPs vs. General List), and tracking open rates to understand what content resonates most.

THE RESPONSIBILITES

This role offers a rare look into the marketing machinery of a successful art business. Working under the guidance of our CMO, you will learn:

  • How to build a brand voice that attracts high-value collectors.

  • The strategy behind Luxury Marketing versus standard retail.

  • How to read analytics and pivot strategy based on data.

  • The relationship between digital storytelling and sales.

THE MENTORSHIP

REQUIREMENTS

  • Current undergraduate student (Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Arts Administration).

  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools and email platforms (Squarespace/Monday).

  • Proficiency in video editing tools (In-App Instagram/TikTok editors, CapCut, or Premiere Rush).

  • Availability for a mandatory 30-minute virtual team meeting every week.

  • Availability for 10 to 15 hours per week total.
